Thick Sheets Cut to lenght Line

FGP & Co is able to design the Cut to length line for sheets up to 20mm thick and has sufficient experience in the design and manufacture of cut to length lines.
To date designed and manufactured several cut to length line for Mobarakeh steels subsidiary companies. And this lines with good performance are part of the honors company technical specifications cut to length line for thick sheets (coil to sheet)

1- The maximum coil weight 30 ton
2- The maximum thickness 20mm
3- The maximum sheet width 2000mm
4- Material of sheet for the maximum thickness 20mm is st52

This line with two sided decoiler and guidance gate can conduct the sheet from coil to cutter automatically.
And sheet quality output is highly desirable due to the special design of the straightener complex.
Also folding machine at the end of the line, can lay out sliced sheets carefully and with high quality.

Our company has been designing and manufacturing several cut to length lines for companies under the MSC (Mobarakeh steel company) and has accomplished to a high graded quality level in its production.
